Three layers of factory lighting
Lighting a factory is planned in three zones: inside the hall and warehouse (high-bay LED lighting), loading and storage yards (LED floodlights), and in-plant roads (LED road luminaires). Each zone has different light requirements, luminaire type and mounting height; planning the project as a whole brings both consistency and cost savings.
Rack aisles and corridors in the warehouse
In racked warehouses, aisle-type optics are used so light reaches the rack faces. Shadow-free lighting in forklift traffic areas reduces the risk of workplace accidents. Sensor-based dimming in low-traffic aisles cuts energy use.
Outdoor yards: FOKUS and AQUA
FOKUS LED floodlights are used for loading docks, truck parks and scrap or raw-material yards; AQUA LED road luminaires light perimeter and in-plant roads. Both series are made at our plant in Kocaeli.
