7 factors that determine LED street lamp prices

Two LED street lamps of the same wattage can have a big price gap; the difference usually comes from LED quality, driver brand, housing material and efficacy value. That's why, when comparing prices, always ask for lm/W and driver information together.
Why is buying from the manufacturer cheaper?
A significant part of market LED street lamp prices consists of importer, distributor and dealer margins. Asso sits at the head of that chain, at the point of production. Because we manufacture the luminaire ourselves, we quote the factory-direct price and leave the margin with our customer.
We apply tiered pricing on bulk purchases; the unit price drops as quantity increases on municipal, industrial-zone and contractor projects.
Ways to lower your quote further
Choosing a luminaire at the power the project actually needs (via a lighting calculation), avoiding unnecessary options, placing the order in one batch, and flexibility on delivery date all pull the price down. At the quote stage we show you these as separate line items, so you can see exactly how much each one affects the price.
Manufacturer pricing: no middleman margin
Because we manufacture the LED street lamp at our plant, the quote is prepared directly on our production cost — no importer, distributor or dealer margin is added. On municipal, contractor and industrial-zone projects, the unit price steps down as quantity rises. A lighting calculation and a spec-compliance table are added to the quote free of charge.
What's included in the quote?
Model and code, power, luminous flux, efficacy, IP/IK values, warranty terms, unit and total price, lead time and payment terms. On request we also add a lighting calculation report and a technical-spec compliance table.

What's the risk of buying a cheap LED street lamp?
Products using low-quality LEDs and drivers lose light or fail quickly; the cost of replacement and labour then exceeds the initial saving. We keep the price reasonable through direct manufacturing, not by cutting material quality.
Is shipping included in the price?
We state it separately in the quote based on the delivery location; we ship anywhere in Türkiye from our Kocaeli plant.
