2. Data we collect
Your name, company/organisation, phone, email, product and project details shared in quote and contact forms; the technical values you select in the project-specific configurator; messages you send via WhatsApp; cookie and technical data relating to site use (IP address, browser, pages visited).
3. Purposes of processing
Preparing and sending a price quote, responding to your requests, carrying out pre- and post-contractual processes, improving our products and services, fulfilling legal obligations, and, if you consent, measuring advertising/analytics activity.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of the grounds set out in Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) — establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest — and, for analytics and marketing cookies, on your explicit consent.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared, limited to the stated purposes, with our hosting and email service providers, with Google (Analytics/Ads) and messaging infrastructure such as WhatsApp/Meta if you consent, and with authorised public bodies where legally required. Some of these services may be located outside Türkiye.
6. Retention period
Quote and contact records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation and for the statute-of-limitations periods relevant to potential disputes; they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of that period.
